Our experience here was mostly fine. Hotel is well located , room fine ( though good do with some more drawer space) though it is a little bit faded. Staff mostly charming but with a couple of exceptions. We tried to call the front desk several times but noone answered. Went down and chap in front of me had also been trying to call with no . The receptionists reply to us was that the phone had not rung. I pointed that there seemed to be a problem with their phone system. It would be difficult to describe the Complete lack of interest she had in this. There was no sense at all that she would do anything. Indeed the next evening the same problem occured

Joann and the catering staff were awesome! They provided outstanding service to our group during a recent meeting. They were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I wish all hotel catering services were this attentive and professional.

I recently hosted a high tea event for 100 people. The experience was wonderful from start to finish! Chris and Sean ensured everything was set leading up to the event, they were very helpful and responsive! Day of, Joann and Miriam were amazing- very flexible, accommodating and extremely professional. They all ensured for a flawless and enjoyable event for my guests! We will be back.

Really liked the room, it was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was ver large. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The room has a minibar and not a refrigerator. I wish the room had a refrigerator. I had an early work day and the restaurant didn’t open for breakfast till 7:00. I couldn’t buy anything for breakfast and keep in a fridge. Also, the hotel left a message on my phone. After listening to the message I tried to erase the message but it wouldn’t erase. I told the front desk about the problem but they didn’t fix it. The exercise area was adequate for my needs. I wasn’t sure if the hotel had a bar because the front desk didn’t mention if there was one. They didn’t even tell me the location of the restaurant. I’ve never stayed there before so a few directions would help. If you want, you can get $10 credit a night if you choose not to have maid service. Loved the location. Rittenhouse Square is an incredible area.

Checked in using hotel tonight app and paid good money for 2 night stay. Was given a special needs room and when I asked to switch said they old had 2 rooms that would ever be offered to me and they are all special needs room. They sell that you will get a normal room. The carpet outside the room smelled of pet pee. I filled out a survey after check in and the hotel didn’t reach out whatsoever over the 2 days I was there. This hotel does not care to treat every guest equally and treated me as a burden. Was there for business and will never go back. Too many other options that are great in PA and treat you as a guest.
